Warranty

1. All purchases of Brand New cuckoo clocks from THE CUCKOO HAUS online store @ "https://www.cuckoohaus.com/" comes with a 24 months standard warranty, from date of delivery due to Manufacturer's fault.

2.   Warranty repair shall be carried out by The Seller clock specialist in Singapore. The Seller's clocksmith determination of warranty repair is final.

3.   Issues pertaining to chain (rusty, broke, came off track etc), negligent/damages by the Buyer/User etc, are all not covered under such warranty by the manufacturer or the Seller.

4.   Seller's standard 24 months warranty provision shall applies strictly and solely to any issues and parts related to the Goods being unable to function satisfactorily due to manufacturer fault, including damages due to shipment.

5.   Standard exclusions: Chains fallen off the gears, gear damaged due to mishandling, arms set loose & broken, rust due to climate conditions/handling, abuse, negligent, damage due to drop from height/wall, improper hanging screw, general mishandling, incorrect installation and handling of the clock.

6.   In all cases and in the event of dispute, the Seller's warranty provision and obligation is on a "back to back" basis, with the Manufacturer of the Goods sold.

7.  It is mutually agreed, that the Seller's authority and consent to warranty claims from the Buyer, is subject to the Manufacturer/Clockmaker final agreement.

8.  All shipment and freight cost (to and from the Seller) during warranty period shall be borne by the Buyer.
