Return Policy

The Buyer and the Seller hereby agrees:

1.    All goods sold and paid, are not refundable nor exchangeable.

2.  Unless goods sold is incorrectly delivered (wrong model) or damaged during freight beyond repair under the Seller's standard warranty condition, the Seller shall give consent by written instruction to the Buyer for the necessary exchange.

3.   Seller's standard 24 months warranty provision, service and repair shall applies strictly and solely to any issues related to the Goods being unable to function satisfactorily due to manufacturer fault, after installation by authorized and competent workman, excluding abuse, negligent, damage, mishandling of the Goods.
