The Buyer and the Seller hereby agrees:
1. All Goods sold, and prices are inclusive of delivery from manufacturer's factory in Germany to THE CUCKOO HAUS (the seller) storage or collection point in Singapore.
2. Local delivery from the seller collection point to any Singapore address, are subject to a transport fee. Options are available during the order process.
3. Self collection is FREE.
4. All Grandfather clocks are delivered "door to door" basis inclusive of installation, set up and commissioning works at final position in Singapore. This shall exclude walk ups, inaccessible area, constraint passage, high elevation or difficult to reach position. It is generally agreed the access to installation and commissioning shall be in an acceptable and normal location with lift or level walkway.
5. International deliveries shall be subjected to a flat handling fee rate at Checkout, subject to change from time to time.
6. Additional freight cost, between Singapore and the overseas destination address, shall be borne by the customer at the agreed price (paid in advance) prior shipment. Any taxes/duties/charges impose due to the importation shall be borne fully by the customer.
7. The clock will be sent by courier. Our proprietary packaging meets the most rigorous standards for protection against damages during shipment.
