Our story began in 1848 in a humble Schonach farmhouse, where founder Anton Schneider dedicated himself to the art of the cuckoo clock. Six generations later, that same passion resonates from our historic workshop in the Black Forest, our home since 1952. Between 1952 and 1985, our original workshop underwent seven separate expansions, each one strategically increasing our capacity for precision clockmaking. Today, our facility stands as one of the most modern and extensive cuckoo clock factories in the Black Forest.

Yet, despite this growth, we have vigilantly preserved our most cherished tradition: the art of valuable hand carving. In recent years, we have not only maintained this practice but significantly elevated it.
