FROM REICHENBACH INTO THE ENTIRE WORLD

The origins of the family business Hermle can be found in Gosheim in the Swabian Alps. The head office is located in nearby Reichenbach. The region was once a center of the German clock industry and it is still known for its inventive spirit and hard work.

The traditional clock company manufactures and sells high-quality grandfather clocks, wall clocks, table clocks, marine clocks and regulators. In addition, for about 50 years, Hermle has been specializing in the production of high-quality turned parts – a major advantage since nearly all components for our clockworks are manufactured in the in-house turning shop facility. All of our products are very popular across the globe and are viewed as excellent examples of German clock-making quality.

Hermle combines a centuries-old craft with state-of-the-art production methods and is known for manufacturing the most accurate and beautiful large clocks. "Made in Germany" is not a mere slogan for Hermle, it is a conviction that it has exemplified for decades. King Charles III receives a Hermle watch during his state visit | King Charles III and Queen Consort Camilla were on a state visit to Germany from 29-31 March 2023.

Federal President Frank-Walter Steinmeier and his wife Elke Büdenbender received the couple. During the three-day visit and various appointments, the Federal President presented a gift to King Charles III at Bellevue Palace. He received a classic English table clock in a high-quality wooden case with walnut finish and an 8-day 4/4 Westminster striking mechanism with automatic night shut-off from Hermle DREHTEILE UND UHREN GmbH & CO. KG from Reichenbach am Heuberg.
